Inoperable / Covered Vehicles: Guidelines Section7: No vehicle of any typer which is abandoned or inoperative shall be stored of kept on any lot in such a manner to be seen from any other lot. No vehicles or mechanical equipment may be dismantled or allowed to accumulate on any lot. Vehicles without current registration and inspection stickers are considered abandoned or inoperative.
Unapproved Exterior Change-Architectural Guideline Article IX: No building, fence, sign, wall, structure shall be erected on lot, without approval.
Parking/Storage of Prohibited Vehicles- Restrictive Covenants-Section 7: Vehicles may be parked or stored only on portions of a Lot improved for that purpose, i.e., garage, driveway, carport or parking pad. No unenclosed parking shall be constructed. No mobile house trailer, recreational vehicles, trailer or enclosed body of the type which may be place on or attached to a a vehicle, tractors trailer or cabs, or commercial vehicles or any kind shall be parked on any street or any Lot within the subdivisions. No boat, boat trailer or any other trailer shall be parked on any street within the subdivision. A boat, boat trailer, or any other trailer may be parked or kept on a lot if it is parked or kept in the garage.
Lawn Maintenance- Guideline Section 14: Owner shall keep lot neat and attractive including and not limited to plantings, landscaping and lawns.
Garbage Containers- Guideline Section 15: All trash and rubbish shall be kept in garbage cans stored behind the house in such a manner as not to be visible from the street upon which the house fronts. No trash, rubbish, stored materials or unsightly items shall be allowed.
Exterior Maintenance: Each owner shall keep lot in an orderly condition .
Animal Responsibility: Restrictive Covenants Section 8- No person owning or having custody of a permitted animal shall allow the animal to stray or go upon another Owner's Lot without the consent of such other Owner. No animals shall be permitted on or in the Common Area at any time except as permitted by the rules and regulations of the Association or by applicable law. All animals shall be on a leash when outside the Owner's dwelling. The owner of a permitted animal shall be responsible for removing and cleaning up any excrement deposited by such animal on any Lot, street right of way, or the Common Area.
Windows: Window unit air conditions are prohibited; Fans in windows are discouraged; Appropriate window dressing are required (sheets, newspapers, blankets, etc are prohibited).
Signs. Exception as otherwise required by the Town of Cary, no sign of any kind shall be displayed to the public view on any Lot except sign used to advertise Lot for sale. Political signs shall not be placed on the Lot warlier then 60 days bfore election and shall be removed within two days after such election.
