Exterior Maintenance-Covenants Article VI, Section 2: Each owner shall be responsible for the repair, maintenance and upkeep for the exterior of the dwelling including, vegetation, driveways, sidewalks and walls.
Garbage Containers-Guideline, Article VII Section 7: All trash, garbage or other waste shall be stored in sanitary containers. Sanitary containers shall be promptly removed from the street and placed at the side or rear of dwelling.
Parking/ Storage of Prohibited Vehicles-Guideline Section VII Section 8: Any boats, trailers, motorcycles, campers, recreational vehicles must solely be parked in garages.
