POOL RULES
THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
The Windcrest Community is not responsible for accidents or injuries at the pool. Residents & their guests use the facilities at their own risk.
HOURS OF OPERATION: 6AM - 9PM
Adult Swim - Fridays 7:30PM to 9:00PM - Guests 18 and older only
AUTHORIZED USERS
- The pool is for Residents and their guests only. Guest limit is 4. All guests must be accompanied by the adult household member(s).
- Residents are responsible for their guests. Residents are legally and financially responsible for his /her own actions AND all actions of his/her guests. Pool privileges shall be revoked for one year for violations of pool rules and regulations by a resident, the resident’s child[ren] or the resident’s guests.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Children 14+ and up may use the pool without adult supervision, provided that NO Guests are accompanying the minor resident.
- If you lose your key card, the fee to obtain a replacement key card is $20
RULES OF CONDUCT
- Please shower before swimming.
- NO Pets.
- Glass containers are NOT permitted in or around the pool. If broken glass is found anywhere inside the pool fence, the pool must be closed, drained, cleaned, and refilled. These costs will be charged to the homeowner responsible.
- NO Smoking / Vaping.
- NO Diapers - Swimmer Diapers ONLY.
- NO Grills inside the pool area.
- NO Music Speakers or Loud Music (use earplugs).
- NO diving, running, horseplay, excessive noise levels, abusive language, or abuse of pool property.
- NO skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, or other vehicles are allowed in the pool area.
- NO playing with Safety Equipment.
- Swimmers are not permitted in the pool or pool area during severe storms.
- Persons with open wounds, sores or band-aids are not permitted to enter the water.
- Appropriate swim attire required; no cut-off shorts allowed in the pool;
- Ensure gates are fully closed when entering or leaving pool
POOL PARTIES
All parties are required to share the pool with other community residents. Each child / guest must be adequately supervised.

No pool parties are allowed on the following holiday weekends: Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. In addition, no pool parties are allowed on Opening Day and Closing Day of the pool season or when Windcrest Community Association functions are scheduled.
SWIM LESSONS
Private swim instruction by licensed/insured instructors is allowed for groups up to 4, but please be considerate of timing to less used periods. All swim lessons are required to share the pool with other community residents.
PARKING
The Windcrest community parking lot is reserved for the sole use of Homeowners/Residents who are actively using the Recreation Complex. All other vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
