-Lawn Maintenance: Covenants, Article VII, Section 2E: It shall be the responsibility of each Property Owner, tenant, contractor, or subcontractor to prevent the development of any unclean, unsightly, unkempt, unhealthy, or unsafe conditions of buildings or ground on any Property which shall tend to substantially decrease the beauty or safety of Westpark, the neighborhood as a whole, or the specific area.- Parking/Storage of Prohibited Vehicles: Covenants, Article VII, Section 2C: Each Property Owner shall provide space for the parking of automobiles off public streets prior to the occupancy of any building or structure constructed on said property. Guideline Page 14- No trailer, recreational vehicles, or boats shall be parked outside on any lot or in the streets. No motor vehicle, trailer and camping trailers.-Unapproved Exterior Change: Covenants, Article VII, Section 2A: No building, fence, or other structure shall be erected, placed, or altered, nor shall a building permit for such improvement be applied for on any Property in Westpark until the proposed building plans, specifications, exterior color or finish, plot plan...shall have been approved in writing by the Declarant, or by the Architectural Review Board of the AssociationMailbox Maintenance- Guideline Appendix A(1)-A(6)-Covenants requires uniformity for mailboxes throughout the development.
