    Join the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce for our Small Business Resource Expo, connecting businesses with the resources they need to grow and succeed.

    **All Applications submitted after 5pm on Wednesday, April 20th will NOT be included in printed materials.**

  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • Exhibitor Rules & Guidelines

    • Must be a member of the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce in good standing. 
    • Limit four exhibitors per sub category. Other applicants will be waitlisted. 
    • Table assignments are first come, first serve unless otherwise indicated.
    • Tables for certain categories may be located in specialized zones. 
    • Only businesses within certain b2b categories will be accepted.
    • Non b2b businesses can exhibit in the Keep It Local Zone.
    • $25 per additional booth staffer to cover food costs.
    • This event is open to the public and free to attend. 
    • All live performances, amplified sound, or livestreaming must be approved in advance. Unapproved performances or disruptions may result in removal from the event and affect future participation.
    • Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Nonpayment or failure to attend the event does not release the organization from financial responsibility. No-shows will not be eligibile to participate in the future.
    • Submission of this application reserves exhibitor space and obligates the organization to full payment.
