Liability: In consideration or the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants and spectators by execution of this entry form, release and discharge the SOUTHEASTERN HOT ROD SHOW, Dalton Fairgrounds, Dalton, GA. and their directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and servants, and anyone else connected with management of presentation of the SE HOT ROD SHOW from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgements and/or claims from any causes whatsoever that may be suffered by the entrant to his person or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all foregoing entities, firms, persons and bodies of any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants of any participants assisting or cooperating with entrants and under the direction or control of entrant. I have read and agree to all conditions of the SE HOT ROD SHOW and rules governing the events as set forth in this form and agree to observe all rules and decisions of the event management.
