Entry Criteria
Who can enter?
This award is open to any professional or volunteer grounds person, as well as those who work "off-the-pitch" such as researchers, manufacturers, sales representatives, and developers who have entered the grounds care industry within the past three years. This entry form can be completed with the assistance of an employer or manager.
Entry / Nomination Criteria
Individuals can enter themselves or be nominated by an employer, manager, or third party.
Judging Criteria
The judges will look for evidence supporting your entry in the following areas: 1) Demonstrating exceptional performance in your expertise, standing out from your peers. 2) Achieving a high level of progression and inspiring others within your field. 3) Demonstrating your accomplishments and contribution to your team, business, club, etc., and the resulting impact. 4) Thoughtful engagement with colleagues, companies, clients, and/or partner organisations you work with.
