Professional Football Grounds Team of the Year
This is a team award that recognises exceptional sports turf management at clubs in all professional football leagues in England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland, with the exception of clubs in the English Premier League and Championship, and the Premier League in Scotland.

Entry Criteria
Who can enter?
Entrants must be employed as full-time club staff, working at the stadium and/or training ground. The venue must host paying spectators.
Entry / Nomination Criteria
Teams can enter or be nominated by an employer, manager, or third party. The award is judged based on the performance in the 12 months preceding the application submission date for the award category.
Judging Criteria
The judges will be looking for evidence to support your entry in the following areas: 1) Club infrastructure, including staffing levels and number of pitches. 2) Internal pitch usage, such as club use, commercial use, and hire. 3) Community use of pitches and/or external use, such as hire, concerts, and major events (where applicable). 4) Evidence of effective budget and resource management. 5) Demonstrated safe and appropriate use of machinery and equipment. 6) Evidence of incorporating relevant research and development to improve the playing surface. 7) Strong technical ability demonstrated by entrants/nominees. 8) Evidence of ongoing development, training, and implementation for staff, including mental health and wellbeing.
