We will reach out shortly to store a CC on file for your repair if we do not have one already.

If the repair is over $395 or if the appliance is not worth repairing, we will reach out to you for approval. If we can repair it for less than that and the unit is in reasonable shape, we will repair it, bill your credit card on file and email you an invoice when the repair is complete. If the tenant no-shows, you will be billed the trip charge for that appointment.

We schedule our repairs between 8 and 5, and usually contact you the evening before with a timeframe for our appointment. Please select 3 possible days.*

The cost for the service call/diagnosis is $147. To diagnose additional appliances, its half of a service call per additional appliance. After the tech diagnoses the machine, he/she will give you a flat rate quote for repairing it. The service call charge does apply towards the total quote. We utilize a National Flat Rate pricing guide for appliance repair.

Our preferred method of payment is credit card.
Your warranty covers functional defects/malfunctions on your appliance. It does not cover cosmetic issues or issues related to your household plumbing, wiring, plugged water inlet screens, or venting. If the machines functional components test fine, you will be responsible to pay the $99 diagnosis fee plus tax.
