Distance
In-Home Demonstrations are only available at addresses located within 50 km of our office at Suite 6, 26 Dugdale Street, Warwick WA 6024. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate appointments outside this service area. Please ensure your address falls within this range before booking to avoid delays or cancellations.
Appointment Time
Please note that your appointment time may change. We will contact you 3–4 days prior to the demonstration to confirm your scheduled time and help coordinate with any attendees. We will also notify you if our estimated arrival time is expected to vary by more than 30 minutes from the scheduled time.
Demonstration Duration
In-Home Demonstrations have a minimum duration of 30 minutes. The Demonstration Fee is always rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes.
For example, a 40-minute demonstration will be charged as 45 minutes.
Costs
All fees must be paid prior to the demonstration unless covered by an approved funding body. If using funding, we require written confirmation from an authorised funding representative before proceeding.
Demonstration Fee
Minimum Demonstration Fee = $60 (covers first 30 minutes)
Additional Time = Always rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes.
e.g. a 39 minute demonstration = $90 ($60 minimum + $30 15 minutes extra)
Travel Fee
Travel fees are based on the total return distance between your location and our office at:

0–30 km round trip: $30 (minimum fee) Always rounded up to the nearest 5 km
Over 30 km: $30 + $5 per additional 5 km
Example: A 37 km round trip = $40
($30 + $10 for 2×5 km overage)
