Expression of Interest - World Gymnaestrada 2027 Australian Team
The World Gymnaestrada is the FIG's biggest participation event, held every fours years and open to all gymnasts from around the world. The next World Gymnaestrada will be held in Lisbon, Portugal from Sunday 11th July - Saturday 17th July 2027.

Gymnasts from all Australian clubs are invited to participate either as part of a club team of at least ten people or smaller groups and individuals can join a combined team. Get your family and friends onboard for an experience of a lifetime.

Completing this Expression of Interest form registers your intention to attend; it is non-binding so why not dream big and set your sights on performing in Europe in 2027.

Please ensure you have read World Gymnaestrada 2027 Australian team Bulletin 1 (see link to pdf below)and understand the required timelines/planned activities that are required.

The FIG Gala is a highlight of every World Gymnaestrada. A special application needs to be completed as part of the FIG's selection process for the FIG Gala; you will need prior high-quality performance experience and sample footage of your team. Applications close December 2026.

If you would like to be considered for these performances, please indicate below and you will receive more information. Participation in the FIG Gala requires many additional hours of rehearsal before and during the event.
