• Nominee Clubs must be a current affiliated member Gymnastics NSW & Gymnastics Australia.
• Nominees will be assessed on achievements and/or initiatives developed and implemented over the previous 12 months (October 31 - October 31).

Submission Closing Date: 5.00pm 24 November 2023

Inclusions programs include but are not limited to: Gymability, Special Olympics, Rebound Therapy, Multicultural and Multicultural youth programs, Gymnastics for over 55 and at risk youth engagement

Describe the dedication, achievement or contribution that has been made by Club. Explain how this has promoted and encouraged participation in Gymnastics and ensured the development and delivery of a quality inclusion program

Describe how your club supports and contributes to the philosophy and goals of Inclusion

Describe any significant changes that have occurred as a result of the Club’s involvement in Inclusion
