Replacement Athlete Request

This form is to be used to make a request to replace and athlete who is part of a group after the submission of an Entry Form for a competition.
This is only applicable where the withdrawal of the athlete from the event would result in the withdrawal of all athletes within the pair, trio, group or team if the athlete is not replaced. Any other additional athletes or replacement athletes are considered late entries and the associated late entry policy and fees will apply.

Replacement athletes along with the reformed group or team must have sufficient preparation for them to be able to perform safely and at the required level of the originally entered group or team.

Please note that the withdrawing athlete will only be eligible for a refund where they meet the requirements and the Application for Refund is completed as required.

Requests to replace an athlete must be made no later than 72 hours proir to the start of the first session of the event.
