I, (name of equipment renter - below) hereby agree to the following terms inr egard to my Season Rental Equipment from Hudson Bay Mountain Resort (HBMR).

The specific terms of this contract are as follows:
1. All above rental equipment is the sole responsibility of Equipment Renter from Start Date until End Date.
2. Equipment may be stored in the care of Hudson Bay Mountain Resort's Rental Shop.
3. Equipment will be treated with respect and care.
4. equipment will NOT be used anywhere that is not a designated ski area.
5. If any damage is done to equipment I, the Equipment Renter, agree to cover the cost of this damage.
6. If equipment is damaged beyond repair, I, the Equipment Renter agree to purchase all damaged equipment from Hudson Bay Mountain at full cost.
