Vendor Badge Registration Form

October 27 & 28, 2026

Harrahs, Atlantic City

Each company is entitled to four (4) badges maximum.

Please register each person who will be attending and needs a badge.

Must be submitted by September 25, 2026.

THERE IS NO ONSITE VENDOR REGISTRATION.

► Badge forms or name changes received after September 25, are subject to a $50 late processing fee per badge.

► Each registrant MUST provide their own unique business email address - duplication of email addresses will result in the badge being rejected.

► You CANNOT purchase additional badges, four (4) is the maximum per booth.

► If a badge is worn by anyone other than the named registered individual, the badge will be made unavailable for use by anyone for the duration of the conference, including the person whose name is on the badge.

► Government-issued ID AND a business card may be required at the badge pick-up or throughout the conference.
