2025 Women's Retreat Registration

This year's Women's Retreat will be held September 12-14, 2025. All retreatants are required to attend ALL retreat days beginning Friday, September 12th at Noon through Sunday, September 14th at Noon (after the 10:45 am worship service at Hales Corners Lutheran).

The retreat cost is $300 which includes bus transportation, accommodations, meals, retreat materials, and a non-refundable processing fee.

Because of the spiritual nature of this retreat, we are asking that you list a Prayer Partner, someone who can commit to praying for you during your time at the retreat. God's Word exhorts us to "pray for one another" (James 5:16), and having someone dedicated to praying for you during your time at the retreat will be a blessing for you and them. Registration Cancellation & Fee Refund Policy

Once you have submitted your application, you will be notified immediately if there is space available. If the retreat is full, you will be notified that you have been placed on the waiting list.

In order to cancel a registration, please email womensretreat@hcl.org. Cancellations made 14 days prior to the retreat will receive a $100 refund of the registration fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat will NOT be eligible for a refund.
