On 19th May 2020, EasyJet announced that the personal information of 9 million customers had been accessed in a cyber-attack.
Of the 9 million, most had their email address and travel details accessed. However, 2208 customers have also had their credit card details stolen.
EasyJet has already made contact with those who have had their credit card details stolen and it is currently in the process of contacting all those involved in the breach.
