TABLE FEES
Vendor table fees are $30 per booth, per day in all market locations.
A discounted full season rate is available:
Minden 22 week Full Season rate: $400
Haliburton 22 week Full Season rate: $400
*NEW* Abbey Gardens 22 week Full Season rate: $300
Double booth: Minden/Haliburton full season rate: $775
Double booth: Abbey Gardens full season rate: $600
Triple booth: Minden/Haliburton full season rate: $1150
Triple booth: Abbey Gardens: $900
Guest Fees - when applicable - are $30 per booth per day at all locations.
All table fees must be paid upfront and submitted by e-transfer/cheque, OR if paying by installments, by submitting 3 post dated cheques for May 1, July 1, and August 1, 2024. If accepted as a vendor, you will be notified of your total due for season fees and the these fees (full or post dated) must be received NO LATER THAN MARCH 31, 2024. Failure to receive payment by this date will forefit your membership as a vendor, and you will lose your spot(s) at the market(s)

Vendors who commit to the full season will be given preference.
