I understand this is a non-refundable registration. Hope Haven Events will not issue any refunds for any reason. (Please Note: As soon as you register, we used those funds to produce the conference)
I understand I will not receive a refund for any reason.
I understand that I must register anyone who will be helping me at my booth or any helpers I have, and they must check in when they arrive. I understand I get 5 free tickets to use fro helpers and guest and I need to register all my ticket names by the required time.
I agree to register my helpers and have them sign in and register my tickets.
I understand that Hope Haven Events does not allow palm reading or card reading at this event.
I agree not to do card reading or palm reading at the event.
I understand I must fill out the required tax form with all my tax info at this link https://np277.infusionsoft.com/app/form/2019-03-logan-vendor-tax-info. You will receive an email with the link. You will get to keep all your proceeds from sales (no JV splits).
I agree it is my responsibility to fill out the form at the link provided and return in all required papers.
I understand that if I stay past the required clean up time, I will be charged an additional fee of $50.
I agree I will pay the additional $50 fee if I am not out in time.
By signing this form you agree to all terms on this form. This is a legal binding contract between the signing and Hope Haven Events.
