Hope Haven Events will be following the CDC guidelines at this Event.

We will have hand sanitizer available to use, throughout the building. We ask that you do follow the required CDC guidelines while you are at the event.

Maintain at least six feet distance between you and people coughing or sneezing.
Avoid touching your face.
Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
Stay home if you feel unwell.
Practice physical distancing.
Wear a mask when required.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY RELATED TO COVID-19 READ CAREFULLY - THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

BY SIGNING BELOW I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH COVID-19, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, RELATED EXPOSURE, CONTAMINATION, AND INFECTION IN CONNECTION WITH ANY/ALL FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES (“Activities”) WITHIN THE PROPERTY OF THE EVENT,

INCLUDING HOPE HAVEN EVENTS, TAMMY ANDERSON WARD, KATHY EYLER, BRAXEE WARD, AND ALL EMPLOYEES AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS FOR ALL CLAIMS OF LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO COVID-19 IN CONSIDERATION FOR BEING PERMITTED TO USE, TO ACCESS THE FACILITIES OF THE RETREAT; AND ATTEND A HOPE HAVEN EVENTS EVENT and any of its Declarants, Agents, Owners Directors, Officers, Employees, Volunteers, Vendors, Representatives, Speakers, Vendor, or Participants (hereinafter the “Releasees”).

Risks: I acknowledge that access to and use of the Facilities may not be supervised and that use of the Recreational Facilities and participation in the Activities may carry with it the potential of death, serious bodily injury, illness, disease, mental anguish, and property loss or damage. Any risks may include but are not limited to exposure to unsanitary, viral, bacterial, or other conditions conducive to contracting or spreading COVID-19 and exposers to actions, negligence, or carelessness of the Releasees and other users of the common amenities. To further protect all Releasees and other users of the Facilities, I certify that to the best of my knowledge that the individuals identified herein are free of any condition that might create undue risk in me/us or others.

Assumption of Risk: In consideration for permitting me to participate in any of the activities and use of the Facilities, and knowing the risks, which are not limited to those described above, I agree, personally, to assume all of the risks and responsibilities surrounding my participation in the Activities and use of the Facilities. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I waive, release, hold harmless, and agree to indemnify the Releasees, from and against any present or future claim, cause of action, loss, or liability for injury to person or property, which I may suffer, related to my participation in the Activities and use of the facilities resulting from or arising out of COVID -19, and regardless of fault. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, assigns, legal representatives, or any other person who may assert the released claims.

Refunds- This is a non-refundable admission. Once you have paid to attend, you are unable to get a refund. Please know we have a limited number of seats available and you will not be able to get any refund for any reason. If you are sick and unable to come, you will not receive a refund. If you can not make it, you can transfer your ticket to another person.To transfer a ticket, please follow these steps. Please have the name and email for who the current ticket is registered to and the name, phone number, and email for who it needs to be transferred. Confirming Your Spot:

Upon paying your admission spot. You will receive a receipt to your email immediately upon payment. If you do not see the email please check your spam, promotion, and junk email. If you still are having problems please email us at clientservices@hopehavenevents.com.

Cancellation Policy:

Hope Haven Events, in this reference to "Retreat," charges a non-refundable payment at the time you pay. In the event you are unable to make it, please be advised that you will not get a refund, and it will not be able to credit to another event. You do have the option to transfer to someone else.

Payment:

Your Credit Cards will be charged for the full amount at the time of payment when you sign up.

I understand this is a legally binding contract between Hope Haven Events and Me (the signer). I have read this entire agreement and understand my obligations to Hope Haven Events for this Event. I am fully aware that Hope Haven Events assumes no liability associated with the risk of COVID-19, including without limitation, related exposure, contamination, and infection. I am fully aware this is a non-refundable event for any reason. *
