HIGHLAND HALL WALDORF SCHOOL SUMMER PROGRAM POLICIES
By submitting this form, we parent(s) of {childsName}, a minor, read and agree to each of the following:
REFUNDS There will be NO refunds given for any missed days and parents are financially responsible for all the days that the camper has been registered to attend camp. All refund requests must be put in writing to businessoffice@highlandhall.org and received prior to June 1.
ABSENCES Parents are requested to notify Program staff by phone, no later than 8:45 AM on any day in which their child will not be attending. There are no refunds or make-up days provided for any missed days.
MEDIA I understand that it is not appropriate for my child to bring electronics with them and that any electronics brought to school will be held by the Program Director and/or staff and returned to the parents, rather than the chld.
PHOTO RELEASE/ACTIVITY RELEASE I give Highland Hall Waldorf School permission to use photographs and images of my child(ren) in its promotional, marketing and publicity efforts. I understand that the images may be used in publications, print ads, electronic media, mailings or other forms of dissemination. In addition, my child has my permission to participate in all activities that are part of Highland Hall Summer Program including sports, crafts projects, gardening, and other active play experiences typical in a childcare program. In case of an accident, Highland Hall Waldorf School assumes no financial responsibility beyond the secondary insurance coverage.
DISCIPLINE PROCEDURES I understand that the discipline methods used with my child may include warnings, time outs, denial of privileges and logical consequences. Serious disobedient, disruptive or disorderly behavior may result in expulsion from the Program without refund.
PARTICIPATION CANCELLED BY THE PROGRAM I/we understand that the Program retains the right to determine whether or not any child's continued participation is in the best interest of the child or the Program. The Program cannot anticipate or list all the possible reasons why it may be necessary to terminate participation, but these include behavioral problems and disruption by the child, the child's parents or guardians or others. The Program retains the exclusive right and the sole discretion to determine what procedures to follow and to decide what reasons justify termination of participation in the Program. The Program may, therefore, terminate enrollment at any time for any reason.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS Highland Hall Waldorf School is not responsible for articles of clothing, valuables, and belongings that are lost or damaged whether by fire, theft, natural disaster or other occurrence. Please label personal belongings. Please do not bring valuables to school, including electronics.
SIGN-IN/SIGN-OUT I understand and agree that in the event my child is not picked up by conclusion of the program, I will be charged $1.00 per minute, payable to the Program staff upon my arrival. I further understand Highland Hall Waldorf School will immediately make every attempt to contact me or other persons authorized by me to take my child from the facility. Lastly, I understand and agree that if my child is not picked up by the designated time, that my child and I may be dismissed from Highland Hall Waldorf School Summer Program, and no refund will be provided.
