Tour dates: 4 - 7 DEC 2026 (Fri to Mon)
Contest date: 6 DEC 2026 (Sun)
Location: Auditorium, Tsuen Wan Town Hall
Wildcard applicants shall submit this form together with a biography and a live-performance video recording, by 25 October 2026 (Sun).
The organiser shall screen and inform the applicants of the screening result no later than 3 November 2026 (Tue). Applicants who pass the screening would be required to submit a full set of registration information.

主辦單位將於2026年11月3日（星期二）前進行篩選，並由專人通知申請者篩選結果。通過篩選的申請者須提交完整的報名資料。
