Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Record Form

Please submit all records in each year at once in one form

For multiple submissions, please note that only the latest submission before the deadline will be counted

Submission period for 2026 membership renewal: until 31 March 2026*

*submission after this date will be considered as late submission

Members whose membership was approved in 2025 are exempt from CPD submission for 2025, and this rule applies every year.

5% of the member will be selected for CPD record checking, announcement will be made in April 2026 by membership committee. Please make sure the CPD record you submitted here have relevant proof.
