    Submission guideline

    1.         Record of Training Outcomes (Environmental Professional)

    • Submit at the completion of the training/ completion of the Training outcomes 
    • Upload the scanned copy/ e-version at section B

    2.         Record of Training Logbook

    • Submit after the completion of the training/ agreement with your Supervisor
    • Upload the scanned copy/ e-version at section C

    3.         Record of CPD (Please do NOT submit CPD record here)

    • The submission of CPD record will be reminded during membership renewal, i.e. December of each year. You may refer to https://hkiqep.org/membership-renewal/
    • CPD record: 7 CPD for the intake year, 15 CPD for each subsequent year
