GETS Company/ Organization Registration

Notes:

1. Each company/organization should have carefully reviewed on the background of the nominated candidate

2. Please submit one application form for each nominated candidate.

3. This form takes around 5-10 minutes to complete. Please prepare personal information of the nominated candidates (including Part 1 candidate number that assigned by the HKIQEP Qualification Panel. You are advised to valid the result after checking the soft copy of the Part 1 result of that candidate) and gether names of the supervisor and tutor.

4. Before proposing the matching of the Supervisor, tutor and the candidate, please make sure all parties agreed and are available for the scheme. Supervisors/tutors should have filled in the expression of interest form for GETS: https://form.jotform.com/HKIQEP/expression-of-interest-GETS

Each supervisor/tutor will at most take care of two nominated candidates.

5. To register each candidate, a payment of HK$5000 is required.
