  • WHAT: HarborWalk Village presents the 3rd Annual Brunch Fest 
    WHEN: Saturday, February 3rd, 2024 from 12PM-3PM 
    WHERE: HarborWalk Village, Destin, Florida 
     
    Get ready for the third annual BRUNCH FEST on the Destin Harbor! Now’s your chance to be a part of HarborWalk Village’s NEWEST annual event! We invite you to be one of the participating restaurants to showcase your culinary talent and creativity of your signature brunch item and compete for People’s Choice 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place! 
     
    Looking to try your hand at MORE than the quintessential brunch food? Let us know if you would be interested in preparing a unique Breakfast cocktail to sample to serve along with your dish and compete for Best Brunch Sip! 
     
    ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE:  
     
    - A monetary stipend of $250.00 to prepare your food item (NOTE – this $250 stipend will be the only monetary support given toward preparing your food item)  
    -10x10 space and tent  
    -(2) 8’ tables  
    -Linens, electricity, paper boats, napkins, paper towels, trash cans, and other necessary products 
     
    Please be prepared to provide 700-900 tasting portions. You will be provided an exact number based on ticket sales, 1(one) week prior to the event.   Set up begins 8:00AM on the day of the event and breakdown begins at 3:00PM following the presentation of awards.  Additional information regarding load-in, load-out, and other event details will be provided prior to the event.  
     
    Due to the nature of the event and trying to provide a variety of menu items,  upon submitting your participation form we ask that you give us your 1st  - choice recipe and 2nd - choice recipe to prepare for the event.  If your 1st choice recipe has already been submitted and approved for another restaurant, you will be notified to prepare your 2nd choice.  This will allow us to not have more than one restaurant preparing the same thing (i.e. pancakes, biscuits, waffles, etc. )
