Vendos will also be selected when deemed to best reflect creativity, quality, and originality. Selection is made on the basis of recent images on of your booth or display. Please do not submit samples of your work. Please remember that selection can only be based on the images you submit, so it is important that the images be good quality/resolution. In an effort to maintain a balanced show, the number of exhibitors in each category is limited. Under limited circumstances stand-in or proxy exhibitors will be permitted. Only the artist or crafter accompanying his or her original work may participate, unless otherwise agreed to by the Event Manager.

Exhibitors bear the responsibility for all set-up needs for their exhibits. 24-hour security will be provided by HarborWalk Village, however, neither they, nor their representatives are responsible for loss or damage of any kind. Artists need to secure their tents before leaving for the night.
Artists and crafters must provide their own tents, tables, linens, display booths, racks, lighting, power cords, tables, chairs, merchandise, décor and anything else they might need; and should be prepared for the possibility of inclement weather conditions, such as wind and rain. We suggest having side walls & tent weights readily avaliable. Side walls are required for any vendor who plans to leave products, materials, or displays over night.
No space can be shared, but one artist may purchase two spaces. A “multi-person” team producing a single product qualifies as a single exhibitor.
Any changes to display products or give away items are subject to approval by HarborWalk Village LLC.
No on-site gas-powered generators are allowed. No amplified music permitted.
This is a family-oriented festival for spectators of all ages, and work exhibited must be in keeping with this atmosphere. The festival reserves the right to remove work that deems it inappropriate.
