HarborWalk Village is pleased to invite you to be a temporary pop-up vendor at our NEW Farmer's Markets, on the First Saturday of the Month, March through Labor Day! Seasonal pop-up vendor dates provide you with the opportunity to showcase and sell your art and/or products. Farmer's Market vendors are spaced throughout the entire property, ranging from the Charter's end East of Margaritaville, all the way to the West side by Jesters.
BOOTH SPACES
For safety reasons all participating Farmer's Market vendors must confine themselves to a 10’x10’ space. No more than (2) two booth spaces may be reserved per exhibitor.
ENTRY FEE
The charge per booth is for 10’x10’ space unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. No commission fees are collected or charged on sales. Vendor fees will not be charged until the end of each vendor weekend. Invoices will be sent via Square upon the approval of your application. Please note an approved application is a commitment, and no refund will be made for cancellations, but rain checks may be offered due to inclement weather. Failure to pay the invoice will result in the terimation of any future vendor opportunities for you and your business.
*THERE IS NO FEE FOR NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS OR EDUCATIONAL EXIBITIORS.
STATE/COUNTY BUSINESS LICENSE
The State of Florida and Okaloosa County require each exhibitor and vendor to purchase a transient business license. The details are available from the Okaloosa County License Inspector at www.okaloosatax.com. Upon purchasing, please forward a copy of your license to the HarborWalk Events team.
SELECTION
Exhibitors and vendors will be selected when deemed appropriate to, typical of, consistent with, or supportive of the image or identity of the event, brand, and property. Vendors will also be selected when deemed to best reflect creativity, quality, and originality. Selection is made based on recent images of your booth or display, individual submissions, and/or your current website and social media postings. To maintain a balanced show, the number of exhibitors in each category is limited. For those that have a product/service is one that is similar to a current permanent merchant on property, you are subject to a longer approval process. These vendors must not only be approved by the Events Team but by the HarborWalk Leasing Manager as well.
STANDARDS

2. Under limited circumstances stand-in or proxy exhibitors will be permitted. Only the farmer, artist or crafter accompanying his or her original work may participate, unless otherwise agreed to by the Event Manager.
3. Vendors must exhibit for agreed days as specified above. Artists and crafters are required to man their exhibits during these hours and may stay open later if crowds remain. Mandatory open hours are determined for this event, operations are to take place at the minimum 10:00AM-9:30PM.

5.
