WHAT: HarborWalk Village presents the 2nd Annual Lionfish & Libations
WHEN: Saturday, May 20th from 12:00PM-3:00PM
WHERE: HarborWalk Village, Destin, Florida

Get ready for the second annual Lionfish & Libations! We invite you to be one of the participating restaurants, breweries, or distilleries to sample & promote your local sips & lionfish bites! Guests will enjoy sunshine & good times at HarborWalk Village during the Lionfish Tournament Weigh-Ins and Festival. Beverage tents will provide beverage samples of the product(s) of their choice. Restaurants are encouraged to prepare a food item & themed drink to sell.

ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE:

10x10 space and tent

(1) 8’ tables for beverages, (2) 8' tables for restaurants

Linens, electricity, paper boats, napkins, paper towels, trash cans, sampling cups and other necessary products

Themed Signage

Please be prepared to provide unlimited 2-4oz samples, food portions, and full size drinks to 400-500 attendees.  You will be provided an exact number based on ticket sales, 1(one) week prior to the event.   Set up begins 9:30AM on the day of the event and breakdown begins at 3:00PM. Additional information regarding load-in, load-out, and other event details will be provided prior to the event.
