    Please Note: For each statement. choose the response that feels right based on your personal reaction where 1 is "Strongly Disagree", 3 is "Neutral" and 5 is "Strongly Agree". There are no right or wrong responses. This survey is about you and your level of financial certainty, not anyone else’s.
