  • 2026 Holiday Auction Donation Pledge  

    Thank you for considering a donation of products and/or services to our upcoming Holiday Auction this November!

    We are grateful for your generosity and your support of Health Action MA and our mission. 

    Important:

    • Donations must have a minimum value of $50. 
    • Submit a separate entry for each unique donation using “Donate Another Item.” Multiple identical donations may be submitted together by indicating the quantity. 
    • Physical item donations should be new and unused, unless they are collectibles. 
    • Donors are responsible for fulfilling their donation directly to the winning bidder. Following the auction, Health Action MA will provide the information needed for fulfillment. Donations must be shipped, delivered, electronically sent, or made available for pickup within 48 hours of receiving this information.

    Before Filling Out The Form, Please Have Ready:

    • A photo of your donation, if applicable.
    • Your company or organization logo, if you would like your business publicly recognized.
    • The estimated retail value of you donation. 
    • Any expiration dates, restrictions, blackout dates, redemption details, or scheduling requirements that apply.
