Helen Xenidis
Helen's journey took an unexpected turn in 2009, sparking a midlife awakening that transformed the course of her life. While she enjoys continued success in the insurance industry, her newfound passions led her to explore and redefine our approach to midlife.
Helen is the founder of "Once Upon A Woman, Her Story," a live storytelling event showcasing women storytellers designed to unite women of all ages, providing a platform to share their invaluable wisdom and knowledge.
An award-winning public speaker, enthusiastic global traveler, and pro-aging midlife maven, Helen actively encourages women of all ages to challenge societal notions about aging. Her aim is to inspire a forward-looking perspective on midlife, unburdened by social stereotypes.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Helen finds joy in photography, Crossfit, and has recently discovered a newfound love for roller skating!
