UK, EU, Canada, Australia:

Monday to Friday: Within 48 hours of receiving full payment.

 

US Mainland (Excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico):

Monday to Friday: Usually within 72 hours of receiving full payment. 

*Please note that our forwarder requires a minimum 5 parcels per shipment, so US orders will be dispatched in batches. This may cause delay up to no longer than 2 weeks.

 

Rest of the World:

Monday to Friday: Usually within 120 hours of receiving full payment.

Pin Purchasing Info:

 

✦ You'll be required to provide Instagram ID.

✦ Maximum of 2 Units per variant per person is allowed. If you are buying for multiple people, we require multiple Instagram IDs in the info box for group orders (including buying for friend), or order may be cancelled.

 

✦ Instalment Options

*Pin dispatch will be on hold until full payment is collected.

*All instalment plans will now cost 6% above order form balance, this is the processing fee we must pay.

UK and EU Buyers: Clearpay pay in 4 is available

Other Buyers: Use Worldpay or Elavon (3 or 4 instalments available depends on balance. You pay once every two weeks.)

* You must select Week 1 to start first instalment to secure in-hand items.

* You must reach out within 48hours of submitting order form to provide payment schedule (e.g. Month/Date & amount per instalment)

Please bear in mind that we are artists running a small business, we are NOT a bank.

✦ You MUST read and accept Cancellation Policy and Grading Standard. You will receive the grade you select.

* We film our IG reels with B Grade pins.

Payment is collected around your selected week.

* Check your Instagram DM for order confirmation.

* Check your email diligently for your invoice!

* Write the correct IG and email or you will not be able to get your order.

You MUST respond. 

Ghosting or Dragging along the payment to beyond your chosen timeframe will result in a cancellation and ban for future drops.

You pay later, but you MUST treat this form as your official purchase order. Or risk losing your order as well as being rejected for all future orders.

Select later week and comment "combine shipping" in ADDITIONAL REQUEST box, if you need to wait for other in-hand pins to be shipped together.

You MUST pay the correct shipping for your order.
 
Mandatory "TRACKED SHIPPING BASE FEE" is the base fee we need to ship any pins to your shipping address. A small pin such as a 2.5" Blob Hero Pin will cost the same to ship as one of these larger pins for that fee. 
 
We also have the surcharge for each medium to big pin due to extra weight, packaging, protection etc (amount varies depends on weight and effect). That is the "SHIPPING" you will see at the bottom. 
 
Both "TRACKED SHIPPING BASE FEE" & "SHIPPING" are fees required for your package.
