Volunteering

Volunteers play a crucial role in the success of EA events!

Volunteers should expect to commit at least four hours during the conference as well as up to two hours over the two weeks leading up to the conference. If you are accepted to the event, you will receive an email with details on volunteering closer to the event.

Your choice does not in any way affect the outcome of your application. Indicating or declining interest has no effect on application results.

This is a professional learning and networking event. These behaviors don't belong at EA Summit Helsinki or related events:
- Offensive, disruptive, or discriminatory actions or communication.

- Misrepresenting your credentials or professional ties.
- Recording others without their permission.
- Excessive promotion of your own services or products.
