THE DETAILS
We thank everyone for their application to the market but due to limited space and our quest to curate specific experience for our guests we will be reviewing these applications and will notify you of your particiation in the market.
Once applications are approved, you will receive a PayPal link to pay your vendor fee. Your spot is not guaranteed until the fee has been paid unless previous arrangements have been made.
Each booth will come with a 6' table and 6'x6'space. Please plan your booths accordingly. You are welcome to bring additional tables, props, signage so long as it fits within your designated space.
Get creative with your booth! We want this market to feel like the street stalls in Asia with fun colours and energy.
Vendors are encouraged to actively promote the market in socials. Hey Fun Market will provide branded sharable graphics upon request.
Additional chairs and tables can be provided for an extra fee. Please send us a request up to one week in advance.
Power is provided. Please let us know in advance what items you'll need power for and roughly how many amps the item draws. You are responsible for bringing your own extension cords.
Wifi is available
There is a parking lot attached the the building however it can get quite busy.
Your load-in schedule will be sent one week before the event. Please come within your designated load in time to avoid a long wait for the loading dock.

THE FINE PRINT
The "Vendor" referred here is the person or company entering into this agreement with the Hey Fun Market. The "Organizer" refers to the Hey Fun Market Team.
The application fee is non refundable.
In the unlikely event that the Market cannot be held for reasons of extreme weather, Act of God, fire or any other reason beyond our control, the Hey Fun Market will be rescheduled to a new date. If the Vendor is unable to attend the new date a refund can be discussed.
The Organizer is not liable for any loss or damage to vendor property. Vendor is responsible for staffing and security of their own booth.
The Vendor is responsibile for supplying their own cash box and customer payment methods.
Please be aware that there will be photography and/or videography at the Hey Fun Market. By entering the Hey Fun Market as a Vendor and/or Attendee, you are consenting to the use of your image for any promotional materials both print and digital indefinitely.
Should be Empty:
