📝 Application Requirements:
- Proof that you are a Georgia K-12 educator in one of the below roles or a college student currently enrolled in a Georgia college or university. Proof for educators is a school work badge, and proof for college students is an unofficial college transcript for the current semester at a Georgia college or university.
  - Principal
  - Assistant Principal
  - Teacher
  - Paraprofessional
  - Media Specialist
  - School Counselor
  - School Social Worker
- A recent photo of yourself with your natural hair to confirm your hair is at least 4 inches long all over for us to grip.
- Agreement to our Client Participation Waiver and policies.
- Service fee for your selected braid style:
  - $100 for Knotless Braids
  - $200 for Boho Knotless Braids
🫧 This service comes with a cleanse and a condition. If you prefer to come with your hair already clean and blowdried, you can. If your hair is not clean or blow dried to our standards, we will redo it.

💇🏽‍♀️ We provide the braiding hair and the boho hair.

📍Our salon location is Lux Studio Salon Suites in Atlanta, GA. The exact address will be provided once you book your appointment.

📝 Before we service any client, the client must sign our Client Participation Waiver which will be provided electronically after you submit this form.

Please tell us the color you would like for your braids, so we can prepare your braiding hair in advance. Your color selection cannot be changed after you submit this form. We do not offer tucking, so please be mindful that your natural hair color will show.
Hair Quality & Length Policy: For charitable purposes, this service is meant to be quick and affordable. We cannot spend extra time on clients who have matted hair, tangled hair, extremely damaged hair, or hair shorter than 4 inches all over. If your hair quality & length is below average, we may cancel your appointment without completing the service, and we will not issue you a refund. Late, Reschedule, & Cancellation Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, we will cancel your appointment, and we will not issue a refund. Due to this being a short-term program, we cannot accommodate any reschedule requests. If you cannot make your original appointment date and time, we will cancel your appointment, and we will not issue a refund. If we have to cancel your appointment at the fault of The Higher Foundation, your service fee will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
