Bubblegum Blowing Contest

Who can blow the biggest bubble?? Applications are due by July 3, 2021 by 4 pm
Eligibility:
- Open to children ages 5+ (Must be accompanied by a legal guardian)
Rules:
- The contest starts at 4:00 pm on July 4th at the Harris Pavilion. All participants must show up 10 minutes prior to the contest.
- The object is to blow the biggest bubble.
- Each contestant will have 5 consecutive attempts to blow their biggest bubble.
- Order of contestants will be determined by age: youngest to oldest.
- There will be spotters to judge who has the biggest bubble.
- Bubblegum will be provided
Deadlines:

Entry form must be submitted by 9 AM Saturday, July 3, 2021 to the Historic Downtown Manassas Visitor’s Center (9431 West Street, Manassas), faxed to HMI at 703.361.6942, or emailed to david@historicmanassasinc.org

After deadline, contestants may register in person.

Prizes:

First prize: 1st place Award
Second prize: 2nd place Award
Third prize: 3rd place Award

I, the contestant understand that chewing large amounts of bubblegum is potentially hazardous and may be an uncomfortable activity. As a contestant, I will not enter and chew unless I am medically capable and properly trained. I agree to follow all of the contest rules. I assume all risks associated with competing in this type of event. I, the contestant will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, Historic Manassas, Inc. and the City of Manassas, it’s officers, board of directors, and employees & successors, from any injury that may result from participation in this competition. . Contestant also hereby swears that to the best of their knowledge they are physically and mentally fit to complete in this contest.
