Holiday Matsuri welcomes creators, trade professionals, and educators working in anime, gaming, and pop culture. Industry

Badges are complimentary for approved applicants and provide access to all three days of the convention, December 19-21, 2025, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.

An Industry Badge provides complimentary admission to all three days of Holiday Matsuri 2025 and includes early entry to the Exhibitor Hall each morning. An Industry Badge does not grant reserved seating at panels or events, does not provide guaranteed autographs or free autographs from guests, does not allow front-of-line access, and does not include admission to separately ticketed events. All Industry Badge applications are reviewed by the Holiday Matsuri team. An Industry Badge will only be issued once your application has been fully completed, submitted, and approved. Incomplete or unverifiable applications will not be accepted. Industry Badge holders may participate in activities such as panel reservations or autograph lotteries if eligible, but participation is not guaranteed and requires approval at the time of the event. If you have already purchased a general attendee badge and are later approved for an Industry Badge, your previously purchased badge will not be refunded, transferred, or credited toward future events.
