    Holiday Matsuri welcomes conventions, fan organizations, nonprofits, clubs, community groups, and select promotional partners to apply for space at Holiday Matsuri 2026.

    Our Promotional Booth & Community Table Program is designed for organizations that want to engage with attendees, share resources, promote upcoming events or initiatives, and contribute something meaningful to the Holiday Matsuri community.

    Space is limited and all applications are reviewed and curated by Holiday Matsuri.

    Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

    Electricity is not provided in the booth. You will have the option to order it through our contractor once our Exhibitor Kit becomes available.

    Application Deadline: All forms must be received by 11:59 PM ET Sunday, November 15th 2026.

    Your booth must be fully set up on Friday, December 18, 2026, and should remain staffed during all Exhibit Hall hours. Unstaffed Booths may be subject to removal and the denial of future promotional booth applications.
