The Holistic Healing Fair™ was created to educate and inspire our local community to grow more conscious of their daily habits, for a better common future. Together we will share the importance of self-care, self-love and all of the amazing services that are available to them.

Attracting attendees of all ages and walks of life, the Holistic Healing Fair™ is a creative way to network and market to a specific audience wishing to learn more about bettering their lives. Each attendee is interested in holistic health, wellness and seeking positive change.

As stated in the terms & conditions:

By submitting payment you agree that all Holistic Healing Fair™ payments are non refundable. If circumstances, including but not limited to COVID restrictions changing, cause an event to be postponed, any money paid will be turned into a credit to be used at a later date.

The exhibitor understands that set up is as early as 8:00 am the morning of the event day. The booth must be completely set up by 9:50 am. If the exhibitor does not arrive by 9:45 am the table will be removed with no refund. If running late, the exhibitor must notify Vanessa. The exhibitor understands that the Holistic Healing Fair™ will run from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm open to the public.*

If there is damage done by the exhibitor, the exhibitor will be responsible for all fees charged. No open flames, no lit items such as incense or any burning products. ALL VENDOR APPLICATIONS - We do not limit the specific amount of wellness style businesses that join our events. Including but not limited to: energy work, emotional work, massage, readings, metaphysical products, candles, stones, crystals, jewelry, bath and body, wellness services, etc. Majority of the businesses in the wellness realm carry or offer similar styles of wellness, services and items and we require you to attend in confidence with your style and uniqueness.*

FOOD/DRINK - SAMPLE VENDOR APPLICATIONS - All vendors seeking to serve ingestible samples at their booths are required to contact the local city health unit (IE: Sudbury event, Sudbury Health Unit) to inquire if there are additional steps needed to serve. All cities have different requirements, you can call and advise the following - "I am seeking to attend a Holistic Healing Fair vendor event to serve samples of my ________ what steps do you require me to take?" Some may say no steps are required, where others have a set procedure. THIS IS YOUR FULL RESPONSIBILITY.*

Yes I am vendor who will be serving food and/or drink samples at my booth and understand the above instructions without question. I understand that if I do not comply to the above requirements prior to the event that I will not be allowed to serve samples and they will be removed from my table the day of the event. I understand there is a risk of a fine against my business by not following local public health guidelines and that my information will be released to the local health unit for contacting if required. I will abide by the requirements and contact the local health unit on my own for approval.I will not be serving FOOD OR DRINK samples of any products at my booth - this does not apply

Will you donate to our Wellness Swag Bags given out to the first eager and excited 50 attendees? If so, what will you be donating? Please include all business information if you are participating in the Swag Bags. All donations must include a coupon/discount/freebie/etc,
Swag Bags will be ready for you to place your items in the morning of the event. Please have them ready.
Will you donate a prize to be used as part of our Eventbrite give away for added advertising and brand exposure? If so, what is the donation, description and value?
The winners are announced via email blast to all Eventbrite ticket holders - I will bring the winner to your table, please have the prize prepared for the event.
NEW: It is MANDATORY that all vendors share your business' participation with your clientele and followers.

If you do not participate in sharing our events that your business is a part of, you will not be approved for future vendor opportunities. We create vendor highlights for each event and showcase each cities line up, your engagement and participation is expected and required.
