2026 POST SEASON TRAINING SESSION

A two-month, personalized, basketball development program designed for the goal of getting you to college:

THE POST SEASON

THE REGULAR SEASON (Dec 1 - Jan 31) is all about LEARNING YOUR SYSTEM and perfecting your role. Each player has their own unique skill and contribution they offer the team, but this time is for putting our skill to the side and focusing on learning THE TEAM. We need to understand how our individual skills benefits the overall team.

THE POSTSEASON (March 1 - April 30) is all about playing out of our role, and establishing the necessary trust to DO MORE. Our goal is to continuously develop. After we learn our system and perfect our role, we don't just want to just "stay there." We want to play ourselves into more responsibility by maximizing touches.

THE OFFSEASON (June 1 - July 31) is all about building our bodies stronger and faster. In this session we will not only build our skills, but we will also build our bodies to be stronger and faster vessels. This is the time where we grow confidence and make ourselves more durable for the fatigue and injuries that are sure to come.

THE PRESEASON (September 1 - October 31) Getting the necessary reps up to turn our weaknesses from last season into positives. In this session we will mainly focus on increasing field goal percentages through repitiion and situational application.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY In exchange for being permitted byHoopRank to participate in activities facilities used by the organization, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damage for personal injury, death or property damage which I may have, or which may hereafter accrue to me, as a result of my, or the identified Participant’s, participation in activities at said fields or facilities. I understand that this Waiver of Liability is intended to address all of the risks of any kind associated with my participation in any aspect of HoopRank activities, including, particularly, such risks created by actions, inaction, carelessness, or negligence on the part of HoopRank or its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, successors, or assigns. I assume all risks, known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, in any way connected with my participation in HoopRank activities. I accept personal responsibility for any liability, injury, loss, or damage in any way connected with my participation in HoopRank activities. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless HoopRank and their directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, successors, and assigns from all claims, and the cost of defending any Claim I might make, or that might be made on my behalf, that is in any way connected with or arising out of my participation in EAA activities, whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other misconduct of HoopRank or any of the individuals mentioned above. This Waiver of Liability shall be binding upon my relatives, personal representatives, heirs, beneficiaries, next of kin, or assigns and shall insure to the benefit of HoopRank and their successors and assigns. Participation includes possible exposure to, and illness from, infectious diseases. While preventative measures and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the slight risk of serious illness and death does exist. I acknowledge, voluntarily accept, and assume all risks related to an injury or illness related to these or other infectious diseases as a result of my participation in HoopRank activities, and understand and agree that this Waiver and Release of Liability includes such Claims. I understand that by participating in HoopRank activities photo/ video images may be taken of me and/or the Participant by HoopRank, and I am consenting to the use of these photo images by HoopRank for the organization’s publications and websites.
