HOORANK 2024 SUMMER TRAINING SESSION

A two-month, personalized, basketball development program:

Our SUMMER SESSION is the single biggest divider in our training program. Some play other sports, and the others simply take the summer off to hang with freinds... But "The Few" create separation from "The Many" during the summer.

The Summer Season has become arguably the most imporatant season in youth basketball. It is where we will gain the most exposure. College recruiters become aware of you during the summer, and follow you through your school season to see how you play within a system. College letters may come to your school, but make no mistake about it... The look probably came from the summer.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

- MANDATORY Weekly training sessions with training sessions with assigned trainer

- OPTIONAL open runs every Saturday, 9:00am - 11:00am, excluding every second Saturday of the month (Players are excused if they have games)

WAIVER OF LIABILITY In exchange for being permitted byHoopRank to participate in activities facilities used by the organization, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damage for personal injury, death or property damage which I may have, or which may hereafter accrue to me, as a result of my, or the identified Participant’s, participation in activities at said fields or facilities. I understand that this Waiver of Liability is intended to address all of the risks of any kind associated with my participation in any aspect of HoopRank activities, including, particularly, such risks created by actions, inaction, carelessness, or negligence on the part of HoopRank or its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, successors, or assigns. I assume all risks, known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, in any way connected with my participation in HoopRank activities. I accept personal responsibility for any liability, injury, loss, or damage in any way connected with my participation in HoopRank activities. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless HoopRank and their directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, successors, and assigns from all claims, and the cost of defending any Claim I might make, or that might be made on my behalf, that is in any way connected with or arising out of my participation in EAA activities, whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other misconduct of HoopRank or any of the individuals mentioned above. This Waiver of Liability shall be binding upon my relatives, personal representatives, heirs, beneficiaries, next of kin, or assigns and shall insure to the benefit of HoopRank and their successors and assigns. Participation includes possible exposure to, and illness from, infectious diseases. While preventative measures and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the slight risk of serious illness and death does exist. I acknowledge, voluntarily accept, and assume all risks related to an injury or illness related to these or other infectious diseases as a result of my participation in HoopRank activities, and understand and agree that this Waiver and Release of Liability includes such Claims. I understand that by participating in HoopRank activities photo/ video images may be taken of me and/or the Participant by HoopRank, and I am consenting to the use of these photo images by HoopRank for the organization’s publications and websites.
