In-Person Tax Preparation Waitlist & Free Remote Filing (FSA) Option
Thank you for your interest in free tax preparation services. At this time, all in-person appointments are fully booked, and we are now accepting individuals for our waitlist. After April 15th, we will be offering two tax days per month to continue supporting clients who still need their taxes completed. If an appointment becomes available or as new dates open, our team will contact you to schedule. In the meantime, you can still file your taxes for free using our Facilitated Self Assistance (FSA) Remote option. This service allows you to prepare your own federal and state tax returns online at your convenience, with support from IRS-certified volunteers if needed. Assistance is available by phone, email, or chat to help answer questions along the way. After submitting your information, you will receive a follow-up email based on your preferences—whether you’d like to remain on the waitlist, schedule an upcoming tax day appointment, or receive access to the FSA Remote filing link.
