HYOGA Home-based Exercise Workshop (13 July 2024)

This Workshop is the inaugural event of the HYOGA Sports Group.  It is designed for ladies with busy schedules at any stage of their lives, who struggle to find time for exercise outside their offices or homes. 

Date: 13 July 2024 (Saturday)

Time: 4 pm to 6 pm

Venue: Heep Yunn School Indoor Basketball Court (5/F of Mr & Mrs Au Shue Hung Building)

Costs:  Members $220; Non-members $300

           (Include 3 types of home exercise equipment)

Maximum Capacity:  25  (Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis)

Important notes:

1.  Participants are reminded to wear suitable sports clothing and non-marking sports shoes.  There is no changing room on the 5/F.  If change of clothing is needed, participants may use the changing room located on the 6/F of the same building.  Participants are encouraged to change their clothes BEFORE the event.

2.  To secure the reservation, $220 will be required during registration. For those who are non-HYOGA members, the remaining balance ($80) will be collected at the door.

3.  Net proceeds will be donated to the PE Department of the School.

4.  Please bring your own bag to take home the 3 types of home exercise equipment. 

 

Reservation Deposit

To secure the reservation, each participant will have to pay a reservation deposit of HK$220 through Paypal (link provided below).

For HYOGA members, the $220 deposit will be fully applied towards your fee. For non-HYOGA members, we will collect the shortfall from you (i.e. $80) on 13 July 2024. If you are absent from the event, your deposit will be forfeited and there will be no refund. 

We will have our HYOGA membership list ready on the date of event so you may check your membership status with our helper at the door. If you wish to join the HYOGA as a member and enjoy the discount, you may make an application for membership with the HYOGA.

Your reservation will only be confirmed once we have received the reservation deposit for your booking. With limited capacity, we will allocate our seats on a first-come, first-served basis.  

Please note that HYOGA has the discretion to make the final decision on seat allocation and other arrangements of the event.

In addition, we may send promotional news and information related to the programmes, activities, courses and events of the HYOGA and the School to you using the contact information you have provided. A fee may be charged for complying a data access request. The HYOGA shall or may refuse to comply with a data access request in the circumstances specified in section 20 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, for example, the requestor fails to provide necessary information to the HYOGA.
