HYOGA Art Jamming 2024

As the Art Room will be renovated during summer holidays, the OGA is now organizing an Art Jamming Event. It surely gives us a chance to bring back all the fond memories of our school days.

Fees: Members $220; Non-members $300
(Include a 30cm x 40cm canvas & basic art supplies)
Maximum Capacity: 30 👩🏻
(Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis)

A few points to note 📝

🔷️To secure the reservation, $220 will be required during registration. For those who are non OGA members, the remaining balance ($80) will be collected at the door.
🔷️You can register for a maximum of FIVE participants (including yourself). Please note that the membership status for each participant will be verified and then charged accordingly.
🔷️Net proceeds will be donated to the School for its Art Education development. 
🔷️The canvas size is 30cm x 40cm. Please bring a large bag for easy carrying.

*The event is only open to Heep Yunn School Alumnae.

Reservation Deposit

To secure the reservation, each participant will have to pay a reservation deposit of HK$220 through Paypal (link provided below).

For HYOGA members, the $220 deposit will be fully applied towards your fee. For non-HYOGA members, we will collect the shortfall from you (i.e. $80) on 19 May 2024. If you are absent from the event, your deposit will be forfeited and there will be no refund. 

We will have our HYOGA membership list ready on the date of event so you may check your membership status with our helper at the door. If you wish to join the HYOGA as a member and enjoy the discount, you may make an application for membership with the HYOGA.

Your reservation will only be confirmed once we have received the reservation deposit for your booking. With limited capacity, we will allocate our seats on a first-come-first serve basis.  

Please note that HYOGA has the discretion to make the final decision on seat allocation and other arrangements of the event.

Your personal information collected in this form will be used by the Heep Yunn Old Girls' Association Limited ("HYOGA") for administration, communications, operation or data analysis purposes. Your data may be transferred to Heep Yunn School (the "School"), persons working for the HYOGA, or parties designated by the HYOGA on a need-to-know basis. The HYOGA does not rent, sell, transfer or disclose your personal information with other people or non-affiliated companies except: i. to any agent, contractor or third party service provider who provides administrative, telecommunications, computer, or any other services to the HYOGA in connection with the operation of its business; ii. the services requested by you is provided by the person or company concerned; iii. with your prior consent; iv. we believe that it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person; v. to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, enforceable governmental request and administrative requirements.

In addition, we may send promotional news and information related to the programmes, activities, courses and events of the HYOGA and the School to you using the contact information you have provided. If you do not wish to receive promotional materials or information related to the HYOGA and/or the School, please indicate your objection to us anytime. 

By clicking "I agree", it is deemed that you give your consent for us to process your personal information as per the manner set out above and agree to our privacy policy. If you wish to opt-out for any direct marketing activities in future, please send your request by way of email to hyogagroup@gmail.com. 

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have a right to request access to, and to request correction of, your personal data in relation to your application. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact us at hyogagroup@gmail.com.   Your request will be answered in 40 days. A fee may be charged for complying a data access request. The HYOGA shall or may refuse to comply with a data access request in the circumstances specified in section 20 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, for example, the requestor fails to provide necessary information to the HYOGA.
