Our primary communication is through email. Please continually check your email in mid to late May. If you are selected to be part of our team, an email with your offer will be sent and you will need to reply and "confirm" that schedule to officially accept the position. If we don't receive a reply you will not be scheduled for the event. Once you have accepted your offer we will then send an additional email that will contain all the information in regards to policies, tax forms, parking and a final confirmation of your schedule. This will occur about 1-2 weeks prior to the event.
If you apply for Rock USA you will receive an email in the same format as above immediately following Country USA to avoid any scheduling confusion.
