    A Professionally Monitored digital dialler, (conventional telephone services), dedicated line or dual path alarm system, (e.g. internet network or phone landline as primary path & mobile phone (GSM) as secondary path), ONLY meets this policy condition.
    "Additional Security Measures"
    ALL windows/glass doors to be either barred, armour filmed &/or fitted with metal roller shutters. All doors to be deadlocked. External bollards or similar devices installed to deter ram raids where practical.

    Important Information
    Tobacconist Business Package Amendments
    Section 3 - Burglary / Theft Section
    The following Extensions are made to the Theft Section:
    Extension 2 - Employee Dishonesty
    Extension 2 is deleted and replaced with the following:
    We will pay for loss of Property Insured resulting from Crime committed by an Employee acting alone or in collusion with others, provided that the loss:
    a. occurs during the Policy Period; and
    b. is discovered within 45 days of it occurring.
    The most We will pay under this Extension is $5,000 for any one loss which is payable in addition to the Sum Insured, and if You are also insured under the Money Section the benefits payable for employee dishonesty shall not be cumulative.
    Section 4 - Money Section
    The following Extension is made to the Money Section:
    Extension 4 - Employee Disonesty
    Extension 4 is deleted and replaced with the following:
    We will pay for loss of Money resulting from Crime committed by an Employee acting alone or in collusion with others, provided that the loss:
    a. occurs during the Policy Period; and
    b. is discovered within 45 days of it occurring.
    Exclusion 1. of this Section does not apply to this Extension.
    The most We will pay under this Extension is $5,000 for any one loss which is payable in addition to the Blanket Money Cover Sum Insured, and if You are also insured under the Theft Section the benefits payable for employee dishonesty shall not be cumulative.

    The following exclusion is added to the exclusions applicable to the Liability Section:
    Tobacco Products and e-cigarettes Exclusion
    This Section does not cover any liability directly or indirectly caused by, arising out of or in
    any way related to the emergence, contraction, aggravation or exacerbation of any sickness,
    illness, disease or condition including but not limited to:
    • addiction or chemical dependence; or
    • cancer, carcinoma, cancerous or precancerous condition; or
    • arteriosclerosis, heart disease, hypertension; or
    • emphysema; or
    • prenatal injury or birth defect,
    resulting from or alleged to result from:
    i. consumption, use of or exposure to Your Tobacco Products or any by-product thereof including
    smoke, vapour or any gaseous by-products; or
    ii. the inhalation or ingestion of smoke, nicotine, gases, fumes, vapours, dust, residue,
    chemicals, particles, particulate or any other gaseous by-product arising from the consumption or
    use of any of Your Non­ Tobacco Products.                                                                                            

    For the purposes of this exclusion the following definitions apply:
    Tobacco Products means tobacco and products containing tobacco, including any by-products,
    including but not limited to, raw or cured tobacco, cigarettes, rolling tobacco, cigars, cigar
    wrappers, pipe tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, smokeless tobacco products, and any other product
    or components customarily sprayed on, applied to, found within or used in conjunction with any
    tobacco products including cigarette filters, cigarette paper and any other part of the cigarette.
    Non-Tobacco Products means Products other than Tobacco Products including but not limited
    toe-cigarettes and any other electronic devices designed for the delivery of nicotine or other
    substances by vaping or other means
