On June 29, 2022, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released Updated Guidance for Nursing Home Resident Health and Safety as part of the Requirements for Participation (ROP) Phases 2 and 3 that went into effect on October 24, 2022.

In order to assist facilities in understanding these updates, IHCA has partnered with Transitional Care Management to host a series of webinars. This series reviews the updated guidance and best practices, as well as resources that participants will be able to take back to their facilities to train staff and put appropriate changes into action.
