Account Manager / Chatter
You'll manage subscriber interactions and drive sales across premium content platforms, working closely with the team to grow engagement and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales strategies across multiple platforms
- Negotiate and close sales on premium content platforms
- Manage and publish daily content aligned with each creator's brand voice
- Create upsell opportunities through personalized conversations
- Monitor engagement and implement strategies to grow followers and retention
- Report account updates and performance metrics to management
Profile we're looking for
- 18 years or older
- Strong English (C1); Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in digital sales, chatting, or social media management
- Comfortable with explicit content
- Laptop or desktop (Windows 10 / Mac OS 10+) + access to an Apple device (iPhone, MacBook, iMac, or iPad)
- Full-time availability, including weekends
- Fast learner, highly organized, and able to work under pressure
