Late Payment: A 20% administration fee may be charged for late payments. IRANZ may also use debt collection or legal action for unpaid fees.
Refunds:Requests: Must be in writing.
Timing: Refunds are available if requested 3 months or more before the course. Within 3 months, cancellation fees apply:More than 3 months: No charge.
3 months to 4 weeks: 20% charge.
4 weeks to 2 weeks: 50% charge.
Less than 2 weeks: No refund.
Deferment:More than 4 weeks before: Free of charge.
Within 4 weeks: May incur cancellation fees.
Special Circumstances: IRANZ may waive cancellation fees under special circumstances.
